About the Role
We’re looking for a Principal Front-End React Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality, responsive applications. This senior, hands-on role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, collaborate with business stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practices
- Oversee full SDLC for key projects
- Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and performance
- Extensive hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals (closures, scopes, function binding)
- Experience with REST, WebSocket, or GraphQL APIs
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready, business-facing software
- Experience mentoring and leading engineers
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- UX/design experience for prototyping and communicating ideas
- Experience in regulated or financial environments
