The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), as well as Custom App. Additionally, proficiency in German as a native language and good English skills are required for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Providing expertise in ITSM, CSM and ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Supporting the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow architecture and processes
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow program/project manager, with CTA/CMA certification OR strong ServiceNow skills in ITSM/CSM/ITOM and Custom App
- Proven leadership skills, which you have already applied in managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles
