Women leading high-performance teams

A private leaders' dinner for senior women in technology | Berlin, Germany

We're bringing together a select group of senior female technology leaders in Berlin for an intimate roundtable dinner designed for the kind of honest, high-level conversation that most professional environments don't make room for.

This is a closed, peer-led evening. No panels. No presentations. Just senior leaders, talking openly with other senior leaders.

What to expect

Held at Night Kitchen, Heckmann Höfe, the evening combines a sharing-style dinner with structured table discussions across three courses.

Guests are seated in small groups of three to four, with a different discussion theme introduced at each course. The format is intentionally intimate, creating the kind of environment where senior leaders can speak candidly about the challenges and decisions that rarely make it into conference talks or LinkedIn posts.

The conversation is only as good as the people in the room. We've made sure the room is exceptional.

Discussion themes

The evening's conversation is structured across three courses — each exploring a different dimension of what it takes to build and lead a high-performance team today.

🥗 Starters — What does great actually look like?

How do you define high performance in your team, and how did you land on that definition? The conversation explores how senior leaders hire, shape culture and set standards that stick.

🍽️ Mains — Making it work in practice

The deeper, more challenging territory. How do you scale a high-performing team without losing what made it great? How do you build accountability without driving it from the top? What actually works when a high performer is negatively impacting those around them?

🍮 Desserts — Leading forward

A forward-looking close to the evening. What are senior women in tech doing differently to develop the next generation of leaders and what do they wish someone had done for them?

Keynote speaker

Magdalena Kubica — Nearshore EMEA Digital Business Leader

Magdalena brings her experience leading high-performance teams across EMEA to the evening's keynote. Her perspective sets the tone for a conversation that is practical, honest, and rooted in real leadership experience, and she'll close the evening by reflecting on what she's heard around the table.

Who is this for?

This dinner is for senior women in technology, including directors, VPs and C-suite leaders with experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving, complex environments. Attendance is by invitation only, keeping the group small and the conversation meaningful.
