Job Description
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Sophis Developer to join a leading financial services organisation. You’ll play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Sophis-based solutions, integrating them with front-to-back office systems, and optimising workflows for trading and risk management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Sophis customisations and extensions.
- Build and enhance tools and reports using Excel, VBA, and C# .NET.
- Support end-users across trading, risk, and operations teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Sophis Value or Sophis Risque.
- Proven experience developing in Excel / VBA and C# .NET.
- Solid understanding of financial products (e.g., derivatives, fixed income, equities).
- Experience working within a trading or risk management environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
