We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator with proven experience in CyberArk implementation to join our dynamic technology team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone who possesses deep technical expertise in CyberArk and is looking to make a tangible impact in the area of privileged access management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full implementation lifecycle of CyberArk solutions, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support. This is not a user-side support role — we require someone with hands-on experience in deploying and managing CyberArk infrastructure in enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CyberArk with existing systems and ensure compliance with security protocols. Your role also involves regular system updates, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain high availability and optimal system performance.

This position is based in Lisbon and requires on-site presence three times per week. Fluency in Portuguese is essential to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CyberArk infrastructure components
Plan and execute CyberArk upgrades and patches
Integrate CyberArk with various enterprise platforms and applications
Monitor and troubleshoot CyberArk systems to ensure reliability and performance
Support the development of best practices related to privileged access security
Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to address system requirements
Participate in audits and provide documentation as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience with installing and configuring CyberArk solutions (not just user-level support)
Strong understanding of privileged access management and security best practices
Familiarity with network and system architecture in enterprise environments
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Portuguese, with strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Availability to work in the Lisbon office at least three times per week

Salary: € 40000
