The opportunity
Our client is seeking a talented AI Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions for internal teams and external clients. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about building real-world machine learning and AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Design, build, and test AI solutions (including complex RAG systems, machine learning, deep learning, AI Agents) for diverse use cases

• Model Deployment & MLOps: Support deployment pipelines for AI models using modern MLOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)

• Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure long-term reliability and fairness

• Code Quality & Reusability: Write clean, modular, production-grade code; contribute to reusable components and accelerators

• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with project requirements

• Exploration & Prototyping: Participate in rapid prototyping of AI solutions and assist in evaluating their feasibility and business value

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, RAG systems, and AI Agents

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices

• Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ML model monitoring

• Enthusiasm for solving real-world problems using AI technologies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Language requirements: English (must) and either German, Italian or French depending on site preference
