Job Description
This is more than maintenance, t’s about professionalizing, improving, and scaling a mission-critical product for the national energy sector.
What You'll Do
- Manage and further develop our Azure and MongoDB Atlas infrastructure
- Optimize our CI/CD pipelines and slot deployment strategy
- Drive improvements in network security, segmentation, and access control
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expansion for MongoDB and Azure environments
- Help define and implement application management processes across multiple stakeholders
- Lead monitoring, incident response, and operational security best practices
- Act as a key technical liaison between LSIS and our client organizations
- Backend: Azure Functions (TypeScript/Node.js)
- Frontend: React / Next.js
- Database: MongoDB Atlas (licensed)
- Platform: Microsoft Azure
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines, Slot Deployments
- Security: Role-based access, network segmentation
- IaC: Growing area—your expertise will help shape this
- Proven experience managing Azure-based environments in production
- Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, networking, and security
- Hands-on knowledge of MongoDB Atlas and ideally IaC tools like Bicep, Terraform, or ARM
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder or regulated environments
- A proactive mindset: curious, communicative, and solution-driven
- Strong communication skills. Able to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Available 32–36 hours per week
