Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Application Support professional who is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and support of business systems across the organization including finance, HR and payroll applications.
The role ensures the smooth operation of multiple IT systems, focusing on reliability, performance, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support business-critical IT applications, including finance, HR, and other internal systems.
- Strong SQL experience would be a significant plus.
- Deliver effective training and support to end-users.
- Proactively manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues in line with SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements.
- Manage system updates, testing, and post-resolution follow-ups.
- Support software enhancements, contract management, and system migrations.
- Contribute to project implementations and cross-functional IT initiatives.
