Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its HR transformation initiative. The role is central to shaping future-ready HR processes and systems, working in close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, moderate, and lead workshops to gather requirements and define solutions
- Analyze and document current and future business processes
- Develop, evaluate, and present solution proposals to stakeholders
- Produce key deliverables such as feature definitions, requirement specifications, and use cases
- Design and execute functional test cases
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a precise and structured working style
- Proven ability to quickly grasp diverse business topics and analyze complex dependencies
- Experience in questioning and improving existing processes and driving sustainable solutions
- Broad functional knowledge of HR (ideally within the banking sector)
- Experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HR platforms)
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player with high self-initiative
- Solid understanding of IT systems
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows-based environments
- German: C2 – near-native proficiency (spoken and written), will not be accepting candidate who do not speak German
- English: B2 – upper intermediate proficiency
