Job Description
This is a hands-on, end-to-end BA role, covering requirements discovery through to testing and delivery support. You will work on a mix of bespoke functional solutions and data-driven deliverables, while also playing a key role in shaping BA standards and coaching less senior analysts.
The programme sits within a wider Target Operating Model (TOM) initiative and includes interaction with BlackRock Aladdin and eFront.
You will work closely with developers, testers, product owners, and senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving alignment across business and technology teams. The role is Hybrid 3 days in their London Office.
Key Skills & Experience
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst in complex, delivery-focused environments
- Strong BA methodology and toolkit, with the ability to adapt approach and coach others
- Proven experience working in agile delivery teams
- End-to-end ownership of requirements, functional specifications, and UAT/delivery support
- Experience working on data platforms, integrations, or data-heavy initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Background in financial services; Private Markets / ILS exposure advantageous
- Experience with Aladdin, eFront, or similar investment platforms
