esponsible for leading sourcing activities for technical investment projects, typically above €2m, or smaller projects where complexity or criticality requires senior involvement.
Scope includes engineering, construction, installation, and laboratory, infrastructure, and production equipment sourcing. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing for investment projects, from sourcing strategy and supplier qualification through tendering, negotiation, and project follow-up on cost, quality, and delivery
Stay informed on supplier markets, technologies, and global trends to ensure category strategies remain relevant and value-driven
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks using market insight, vendor intelligence, and close alignment with business needs
Drive collaborative and competitive sourcing approaches to improve supplier performance, quality, and cost efficiency
Ensure early stakeholder engagement to align sourcing activities with business strategy and site priorities
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships, including onboarding, performance management, and issue resolution
Manage contracts in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Support investment project due diligence by ensuring early procurement involvement and strong project setu #LI-GB2
