Job Description
Main responsibilities of the new employee (tasks, projects)
Planning, managing, and implementing complex cross-departmental compliance projects
Managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders (compliance, IT, operational units, and external
stakeholders)
Preparing decision-making bases, status reports, and presentations for management
Ensuring communication and coordination with international project teams
Supporting the harmonization of compliance structures
Identifying and managing compliance risks in the project context
Special requirements for the candidate (education, professional experience, software skills) Weighting
Proven experience in independently managing complex projects, ideally in the context of
international integrations

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in compliance or risk management in
a regulated environment

Good knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements in the
financial services sector (CH)

Knowledge of US regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, OFAC) is an advantage Medium
