Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities for system implementations or major release changes
- Ensure all cutover tasks are fully scheduled, documented, and tracked against project timelines
- Maintain rigorous oversight of dependencies, risks, and deliverables throughout the cutover lifecycle
- Partner closely with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure overall readiness
- Validate successful completion of all pre? and post?cutover activities, including backups, data migration, verification steps, and system checks
- Provide hands?on support during cutover execution, including issue triage and real?time communication across teams
- Ensure full compliance with change management processes, governance, and regulatory standards
- Deliver comprehensive cutover reports, dashboards, and lessons?learned documentation to support continuous improvement
- Strong background in cutover management, release management, or IT project coordination
- Ability to manage complex dependencies under tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Structured, proactive, and confident in high?pressure delivery environments
