Job Description
A global investment manager is adding an experienced desktop support engineer to their London operations but will have global responsibility.
To be considered for this position you must have strong experience within the buyside financial services industry.
Required experience
- Focused on delivering exceptional responsiveness, accountability, and timely completion of tasks
- Strong desire for service management tools (ITIL, ITAM, ITSM)
- Technical proficiency working in Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Entra ID Services, management of mobile devices (iOS/Android) in Intune, deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated platforms
- Experience with audio/video conferencing and collaboration technologies
- Familiarity with remote access, VPN, and SASE tools.
