Job Description
Location: Remote in Europe
Language: German (working language) and English

Key Responsibilities
- Support Remote Signing and PKI services
- Execute customer and partner onboarding, provisioning, and fulfillment tasks
- Support identity verification processes (VideoIdent, AutoIdent, Face-to-Face Ident)
- Ensure compliance with eIDAS, ZertES, security, and confidentiality requirements
- Assist users with operational support and service requests
- Drive process improvements using AI and automation tools
- Minimum 3 years of recent relevant relevant experience
- Prior experience in digital trust, fintech, banking, or regulated environments is an advantage
- Strong German communication skills is a must
- Experience with Remote Signing, PKI, or Digital Identity solutions
- Knowledge of eIDAS and/or ZertES
- Understanding of security, compliance, and data confidentiality
- Experience in onboarding, provisioning, or support operation
- Strong German communication skills is a must
- Familiarity with AI tools and process automation
