Digital Product Lead – Conversational AI Solutions 

We are seeking a talented and visionary Digital Product Lead with a deep understanding of Conversational AI solutions to join our consultancy and advisory team in Berlin. This role is ideally suited for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving the development and deployment of conversational platforms across complex business environments.

As the Digital Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our conversational AI offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, UX/UI designers, developers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our solutions deliver measurable value to clients. Your ability to translate business requirements into transformative AI experiences will be pivotal to your success.

You should have a keen interest in emerging technologies and demonstrate experience leading digital transformation initiatives. You will be expected to manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and roadmap planning to go-to-market strategy and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Conversational AI solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Facilitate agile product development processes in coordination with engineering and design teams
• Evaluate and integrate Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech analytics, and voice technologies to enhance product capabilities
• Monitor market trends, user feedback and competitor activity to inform product decisions
• Ensure products meet compliance, ethical, and data privacy standards
• Provide strategic input on client engagements and proposals involving Conversational AI

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital product management, with a focus on AI or conversational technologies
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of chatbot frameworks, voice assistants, NLP, and machine learning concepts
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in consultancy or client-facing roles is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
