Job Description
- Completed training in an IT-related profession or with a comparable qualification
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage
- Good hardware knowledge and proficient handling of Microsoft operating systems and M365 products.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge in the administration of Active Directory, Microsoft client and server operating systems and M365 (Entra, Intune, Teams) in a hybrid environment
- Current knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate and IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Experience in application support, knowledge of problem analysis
- Service-oriented, helpful and flexible personality with a quick grasp of concepts
- Precise, independent work style, willingness to develop further
- Excellent German skills, preferably English and French in the IT field
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility, openness to new fields of expertise and tasks, and a willingness to learn
- Defining and ensuring the support services to be provided internally
- Documenting the IT infrastructure and creating instructions
- Coordination of external service providers
- Management of IT projects
- Together with your teammates, you will ensure 1st and 2nd level support.
- Controlling, monitoring and ensuring the stable operation of all relevant IT systems
- Installation, maintenance and support of all workplace systems
- Maintenance work, migrations and Microsoft updates of server systems
- Taking over on-call duty on a rotating basis (24/7)
- Performing and monitoring backup/recovery (veeam)
