Duration: until end of 2026 with further contract extension plans
Location: Zürich
Main Responsibilities:
- Build a clear view of all required and existing application interfaces using inputs from configuration management database, design docs, and technical blueprints
- Shape and run an integration plan in close partnership with cross?functional IT teams
- Coordinate resources and ensure accurate effort reporting each cycle
- Act as the central liaison for RTEs, IT Leads, Application Owners, DBAs, Messaging/Streaming experts, and Automation teams
- Enable transparent communication across stakeholders, resolving blockers and maintaining progress momentum
- Manage expectations proactively and ensure high?quality, timely delivery
- Identify risks early and put effective mitigation and fallback plans in place
- Provide clear, structured updates on plans, dependencies, and status
- Host regular workshops and technical discussions to keep alignment high and issues visible
- Proven recent experience delivering complex IT integration or infrastructure projects in a large?scale environment
- Prior experience in financial services / banking environment
- Strong understanding of integration technologies (batch, APIs, messaging, streaming) and strong architectural awareness
- Strong project management capability - planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder management
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field (University or University of Applied Sciences)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Customer?focused mindset with the ability to drive change and influence outcomes.
