Job Description

Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex IT projects (preferably security or DevOpsrelated). • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Confidence to challenge assumptions and negotiate timelines when needed. • Solid understanding of project management methods and tools. • Basic technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab). • Familiarity with DevSecOps and security tools (e.g., Snyk) is a strong advantage. • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and strategic program. • Project management certification, classical and/or agile i.e. PMP, Scrum Master etc. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle • Experience in the energy and/or trading industry would be a plus • You demonstrate high performance with the ability to navigate quickly between high and detailed levels, have a proactive mindset and are quickly able to get into hands-on work where needed • You work in a collaborative way and have good stakeholder management skills • Your working style is characterised by a strong customer focus, being results orientated, great collaboration, strong planning & organizational skills, and excellent communication skills • Proficient in English, additionally German and/or French would be a plu
