A growing IT service provider is looking for an IT Technician / IT Specialist for System Integration to strengthen a small, dedicated team. The position offers the chance to work independently while having support from experienced colleagues, as well as regular interaction with a wide range of customers.
Formal training or long-standing experience in IT is not required – what matters most is motivation, curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology. A professional and customer-oriented approach will be essential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support small and medium-sized business clients with hybrid IT infrastructures, typically a mix of Microsoft 365 and on-premises technologies.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of modern IT environments.
- Collaborate closely with customers to solve technical challenges and provide reliable support.
- Operate primarily remotely, with the option to use office space when needed.
- Service-minded and confident in direct customer interactions.
- Structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented working style.
- Team spirit, reliability, and openness to share ideas and improvements.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Windows 10 & 11
- iOS or Android
- Microsoft 365
- Additional technical knowledge is welcome.
- Remote-first role with flexible access to shared office facilities when required.
