we are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Engineer to join our team in Kanton Zug. This role requires fluency in German and offers the chance to work in one of Switzerland’s leading tech and business hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and Azure.
- Deliver high-quality technical support (L2/L3) to German-speaking clients, both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Lead or contribute to IT projects involving migrations, integrations, and deployments.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and assist with risk management strategies.
- Document systems, procedures, and solutions to support internal knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Engineer or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; strong English skills are also required.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, MCSE) are an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
