Oracle E Business Suite R12 Solution Architec

Seeking an Oracle E?Business Suite R12 Solution Architect with deep functional and techno functional expertise across Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance (AP & AR). The role leads end?to?end solution design for a complex, highly customised EBS R12  landscape —balancing business process optimization with robust technical architecture, integrations, and compliance. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, lead cross?functional teams, and own solution quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Roadmap

• Own the target solution architecture for EBS SCM & Finance; define roadmaps (module adoption, upgrades, online patching, integrations, reporting).
• Translate business requirements into viable EBS solutions
• Lead fit–gap analysis, process harmonization, and global design for multi?org/multi?ledger environments.

2. Functional Leadership (SCM & Finance)

• SCM: Procure?to?Pay (Purchasing, iProcurement, Supplier Lifecycle Management), Inventory, Receivables, Order Management, Cash Management
• Finance: Strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier/customer management, aging analysis, and integration with Procurement and Order Management flows.
• Ensure AR processes are fully aligned with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle
• Own end?to?end process design, configuration strategy, and control frameworks (SoD, auditability).
• Define data model usage (key flexfields, descriptive flexfields) and cross?module dependencies.

3. Technical Leadership

• Co-ordinate with technical team to define technical solutions, ensure solution integrity and that the right tools/technologies are used for the right reasons.
• Design and validate integrations, enhancements, customisations and reports as needed ensuring the use of the appropriate technology

4. Delivery & Governance

• Lead solution design authority, design reviews, and change control processes
• Define and enforce, configuration management and release management processes
• Coordinate with testing teams around SIT/UAT strategies, regression suites and performance testing to ensure full coverage.
• Drive cutover plans to ensure seamless cutover to production with no impact to existing users
