We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive process framework, with a particular focus on customer lifecycle processes. You will also be responsible for process modeling and establishing a robust control framework to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a process framework aligned with business needs
- Model processes using BPMN 2.0, emphasizing customer lifecycle management
- Design and implement control frameworks to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process and data management strategies
- Extensive experience in process management, including process modeling, framework development, and control implementation
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards
- Banking industry experience is essential
- Proven expertise in creating control frameworks
- Solid understanding of data management principles
- Proficient in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- German: Fluent (spoken and written) - not accepting non-german speaking candidates
- English
