The business has undergone rapid growth through strategic acquisitions, expansion into new markets, and investment in technology and operational excellence. The organisation is focused on building scalable, data-driven products and modernising its technology platform to support continued growth.

Managing and developing two indispensable SaaS products undergoing major modernisation journeys. Delivering technology that supports critical public sector operations, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing product function and drive meaningful product transformation.

About the role:

This is a client-facing role where you'll help shape product strategy and deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with business objectives across two core SaaS products undergoing major modernisation. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver meaningful business value.

You will work closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to define product direction, prioritise initiatives, and deliver high-quality software. Championed innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritisation through to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Gathering, prioritising, and translating customer and business requirements into user stories, product roadmaps, and delivery plans.
  • Monitoring product performance using customer feedback and data-driven insights to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Facilitating effective cross-functional communication to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Supporting the technical transformation initiatives focused on improving scalability, reliability, and security.

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Management role within a SaaS or B2B software environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development processes and modern technologies.
  • Experience leading product transformation initiatives and driving innovation.
  • Experience in a high growth SaaS start-up is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Bonus if you are in a highly client facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience within regulated industries or public sector technology is advantageous.
