Job Description Position: E-Commerce Manager / Product Owner – Driving digital transformation in Swiss healthcare e-commerce
Reports to: Head of Digital, Innovation & Technology
Location: Oberrohrdorf, Aargau
Workload: 80–100%
Start: Immediately or by agreement

Your Role As an E-Commerce Manager / Product Owner, you will shape the digital future of our B2B and B2C platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, Innovation & Technology, you lead agile projects, coach teams, and act as a central interface between business, technology, and external partners. While you have no direct line management responsibility, you take on leadership within projects and play an active role in driving digital transformation in the Swiss healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic development and optimization of our e-commerce platforms (B2B/B2C), taking regulatory requirements (revDSG, Swissmedic) into account.

  • Product ownership: backlog prioritization, agile project steering, coordination of external partners.

  • Stakeholder management: bridge between customers, business, and technology with clear communication.

  • Technical implementation: platform optimization, interface integration, SEO/UX, data security.

What You Bring
  • Several years of experience in Swiss e-commerce/product ownership (B2B/B2C, ideally in the healthcare sector).

  • Experience with regulatory requirements (revDSG, Swissmedic) and data protection.

  • Excellent networking and communication skills, as well as a confident and persuasive presence.

  • Tools & methodology: UX methods, analytics tools (Matomo, Power BI), A/B testing.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience with KPI reporting.

  • Experience with omnichannel processes and management of Customer Relationship Centers (CRC).

  • Market research and trend monitoring in the digital market.

  • Agile working (Scrum/Kanban) with coaching experience.

  • Languages: fluent German & English, French is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have
  • CSPO or other agile certification.

  • User knowledge of common ERP, PIM, headless e-commerce, CMS, and web application systems, ideally experience with MS Dynamics Navision and Postman API Platform.

  • Leadership experience, e.g., project management and coordination of external partners.
