Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Funds) to lead the end-to-end delivery of consultancy engagements for asset managers, fund administrators, depositaries and related financial services clients in Switzerland. Location & Salary

  • Salary: £950 per day

Key Responsibilities

  • Own project governance, scope, schedule, budget, RAID logs and reporting to senior stakeholders.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, risk, compliance, legal, finance, technology and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables: project plans, business cases, process maps, requirements, testing strategy, cutover plans and post-implementation reviews.

  • Strong knowledge of fund lifecycle activities (launch, NAV/valuation, transfer agency, custody/depositary oversight, reporting).
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, AML/KYC; Swiss regulatory context desirable).
  • Hands-on delivery capability across Agile and/or Waterfall; confident running ceremonies, status reporting and change control.

  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and project tooling (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar).

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, technology or related discipline.

What You Will Bring

  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and high ethical standards.
