Job Description
This is a senior role requring someone with a track record within the domain who has delivered a modern, scalable trading platform or decomissioned an old one and worked with a vendor on building a new one to enable future business growth across energy markets.
Contract Duration: Long-term
Start Date: November 2026
Location: Remote / Flexible Working Available
Travel to Switzerland, Nordics, Eastern Europe & UK
Required Experience
- Experience within energy, commodities, trading, or ETRM/CTRM environments. (Endur, Orchestrade, Murex, EOS)
- Knowledge of physical gas and power trading operations.
- Exposure to Physicial Power & Gas market processes, regulatory frameworks, and trading platforms.
- Strong track record managing large-scale system implementation or transformation projects.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and enterprise technology environments.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
