Project Overview: We are currently seeking two experienced SAP BW Consultants with strong ABAP development skills to support a major SAP transformation programme within a leading European telecommunications provider. This is a high-impact, long-term project focused on modernising and optimising SAP landscape across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on SAP BW development and configuration aligned with project goals
Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust SAP BW solutions
Leverage ABAP skills for custom development, data extraction, and performance tuning
Participate in solution design, data modelling, ETL, and reporting activities
Troubleshoot issues and deliver continuous improvements to existing systems
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an SAP BW Consultant
Strong ABAP development background – particularly in BW environments
Experience with data modelling, ETL, and reporting within SAP BW
Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
Prior involvement in large-scale transformation programmes
Background in regulated industries – Public Sector, Telecoms, or Financial Services preferred
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

Experience with SAP BW/4HANA
Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or other reporting tools
Experience working in Agile project environments
