Job Overview:
We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Reporting Specialist to support a 1-to-1 migration of reporting and data cubes from an on-premise SSRS system to a newer SSRS-based Tabular model. You will work in a highly regulated, technical environment where consistency and accuracy are critical. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive tasks, data reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 1-to-1 migration of reports and cubes from legacy SSRS to SSRS Tabular model
- Migrate existing Power BI and SSRS reports with no modification to structure or logic
- Validate, document, and estimate migration tasks
- Ensure high-quality output and data integrity throughout the migration
- Collaborate in a Scrum/Agile setup with regular team ceremonies and deliverables
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and expectations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI
- Strong knowledge of SSRS and Power BI
- Hands-on experience with cube and report migration
- Comfortable working in technical, repetitive environments
- Familiarity with SML (Semantic Modeling Language) or equivalent tools
- Experience with Scrum methodology or Agile teams
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and task estimation
- Fluent French speaker
- Engineering or technical background preferred

- Prior experience working with regulated or high-compliance environments
- Exposure to SQL Server Tabular Models
