Location: Zurich, 50% onsite
Rate: CHF 80/hour
Reason: Long-term sickness cover
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all Spare Part Areas for CTO and B2B
- Define optimal and safe stock targets
- Active Stakeholder Management with BUs on Spare Part needs
- Review of Spare Part Portfolio and Maintenance contracts to include or remove Spare Parts
- Optimize Reporting and Tooling to allow BUs to fulfill service management
- Review and optimize all flows and processes related to Spare Parts including RMAs
- Coordinate with Sustainability Manager on obsolete stock to respect Sustainability guidelines
- Define KPIs for Spare Part Management
- Enable Feedback cycles with related BUs including surveys on performance and quality
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Spare Part Portfolio; network knowledge is a must
- Sound knowledge in Spare Part management
- Strong Change Management skills
- Proactive and self-managed working discipline
- Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to understand complex Business Flows
- Sound understanding of data processing
- Fluent German and English language skills, verbally and written
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience
