Trading Engineer

Trading / Python Quant Engineer- Commodities Trader- Onsite in Zurich or Geneva

12 month contract - we are looking for a dynamic developer who wants to work in a tight knit, communicative and high performing environment, this role is working with some genuinely great individuals

Your qualification:

• A Master in Computer Science (or equivalent) is required financial engineering – maths – economics
• Good knowledge of Excel and Excel VBA
• Good knowledge of Python and Pandas
• Good experience on Software Engineering
• Hands on experience with 1st or 2nd level support of Business-Critical Applications
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration
• Experience in writing SQL queries
• Java, AWS Cloud Services, Bash scripting, Full Stack development appreciated.
• C#.NET, Outlook VBA can be useful but not mandatory
• Personality: able to work under pressure, result oriented, analytical mindset permitting to quickly identify, and fix issues encountered
• Collaborative environment that emphasizes a healthy climate in the team.
• Languages: Good English Skills, French and/or German a plus.
