This milestone marks our third consecutive year of significant growth, moving us even closer to the top 10 and cementing our position as one of the most efficient and high-performing agencies in the UK.
The rankings highlight the continued strength of technology as a leading specialism within the UK recruitment sector. Despite a challenging economic backdrop in 2025, the industry has shown resilience, with combined turnover across the HOT 100 rising 5.3% year-on-year to £8.4bn and net fee income reaching £1.4bn. Productivity also improved, with average NFI per employee increasing to £136,186 despite a 9% reduction in headcount, reflecting a wider shift towards leaner, technology-enabled operating models and a focus on higher-value specialist markets.
