Hey, I'm Blane!

I lead the Internal Recruitment team, looking for new talent to join SGI. I'm based in our London office. 

I have over 6 years of experience working exclusively in TA within recruitment. Vastly connected and knowledgeable on the industry, I will only provide open and honest advice and feedback. I have had historical success introducing diverse talent to the recruitment sector, which led to me being invited to the 2022 British Diversity Awards. Managed a team within a global PLC, fortunate enough to have worked and been exposed to the best people in the industry

I enjoy long walks on the beach, watching movies, and going to the pub on Sunday for a roast dinner. Friends would say I'm laid-back yet adventurous. I'm just a genuine guy seeking an authentic candidate.
