Hey, I’m Matt, an Executive Consultant on the UK Financial Services Team at SGI, specialising in Change & Transformation recruitment across the buy-side.
For over a decade, I’ve supported asset managers, hedge funds, and other buy-side firms in delivering business-critical change initiatives - from large-scale Order Management System (OMS) implementations (including Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp, and Bloomberg AIM) to full-scale operating model redesigns and regulatory transformation projects.
I focus on placing high-impact interim professionals across project delivery, change, and transformation - aligning technical expertise with sector-specific insight to ensure projects land on time and ahead of budget.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my 5-year-old daughter, she’s already hooked on golf, so you’ll often find us at the driving range together. I like to stay active myself, whether it’s in the gym, on the golf course, or football.
I’m also a long-suffering Man United fan… go easy on me - we’ve even let Spurs lift a trophy. The pain, sadly, shows no signs of easing!
