With 12 years of experience across sales and recruitment, including 7 years specialising in Delivery & Account Management, I’ve built my career around one market in particular: Financial Services.
I've spent my career working across Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Trading and Consulting, building relationships with clients and candidates across global markets. Thanks to this, I don't just recruit into Financial Services; I also understand the environment I'm recruiting into and am personally passionate about it.
My expertise spans Technology, Software Development and Business Change, with a focus on contract recruitment, project delivery and flexible workforce solutions.
As a Delivery Lead, I combine strategic account management, client engagement, team leadership and hands-on delivery; working with clients to understand not just who they need, but what they're trying to achieve and how the right talent can make it happen.
