Within our profile, Best Companies have highlighted some of the key SGI employee engagement initiatives and goals we are driving across our recruitment group:
- Women at SGI – we have built a platform through SGI Matters (our employee voice platform) that looks at how we develop our female talent internally at SGI – how will we nurture female leaders across the business?
- Ecologi – our latest CSR partnership – every placement we make, we plant a tree! Our 1st milestone is 1000 trees.
- Our charity partnerships across the group, we work with charities across the recruitment group, both internationally and locally.
