You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.) are configured and utilised effectively to enhance productivity and transparency. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll gather requirements, analyse processes, and design solutions that enable smarter, more efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions.
- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and automation rules.
- Support Confluence space structure, permissions, and content strategy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation using Atlassian tools.
- Deliver training, guidance, and documentation to empower end users.
- Collaborate with IT and project managers to ensure seamless system integrations and change management.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing business process maps and technical documentation.
- Atlassian certification (ACP or equivalent) is advantageous.
