- Extensive experience in workplace IT/endpoint management with proven project experience (ideally MTR/meeting room rollout
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and device/room hardware; confident in ITSM environments and SLA-driven
- Strong execution skills: independent planning, structured execution, clear communication, and reliable stakeholder/vendor management
- Excellent service orientation, reliability, structured work style, and clear communication skills.

- Meeting room expertise (Microsoft Teams Rooms, peripherals, network basics)
- English language certificate: Cambridge English
- ITIL Foundation or comparable certification
- Experience in enterprise environments
