Job description:
Administrative tasks:
- Document management, including project documents, minutes, and status reports.
- Planning, conducting, and following up on meetings (agenda, presentations, minutes).
- Ensuring a consistent flow of information to stakeholders.
Methodology & tool-based tasks
- Application of project management standards (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA Level B/C).
- Support for project methodology: reviews, gate checks, lessons learned.
- Tool support: MS Project, Jira, Confluence; training of project staff.
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) for planning & progress tracking.
Reporting & Governance
- Preparation of project status reports for management and steering committees.
- Maintenance of KPIs, dashboards, milestone trend analysis, and traffic light indicators.
- Preparation of decision templates at C-level.
Interface & Stakeholder Management
- Coordination with other projects/PMOs regarding dependencies, resources, deliverables.
- Identification and coordination of relevant stakeholders.
- Assertive and diplomatic expectation and communication management.
Required knowledge:
Professional experience
- Project planning, risk management & controlling: >7 years
- Senior PMO experience: >7 years
- Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe): 4–6 years
- C-level reporting & communication: 4–6 years
- PM standards (Prince2 / PMI / IPMA B/C): 4–6 years
Business skills
- Basic understanding of stock exchange/trading venue processes (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of compliance & security (nice to have)
Social skills
- Strong communication skills: >6 years
- Assertiveness & diplomacy: 3–6 years
- Structured approach to work: 3–6 years
- High attention to detail: 3–6 years
Languages
