Are you a Power BI expert with a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a talented freelance Power BI Specialist to join a globally recognized energy organization at the forefront of the transition to a sustainable future.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Connect to diverse data sources (SQL, Azure, Excel, APIs) and optimize data models for performance and scalability.

• Enable data-driven decision-making across business units including supply chain, sustainability, and operations.

• Support and guide internal stakeholders in the use of Power BI solutions and best practices.

• Maintain data governance and documentation standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst, ideally within large-scale corporate environments.

• Strong experience with DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling techniques.

• Experience working with Azure Data Services is a major plus.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
