SCM Process Manager
Contract Duration - 3 months (extension possible)
Start Date - ASAP

Responsibilities and Duties
- Take ownership of smaller projects and change requests within a Supply Chain environment, ensuring end-to-end delivery from a business perspective in close collaboration with IT counterparts (e.g. SAP Level 2 Support, IT Product Management)
- Create, update, and maintain documentation at both technical and user level related to implemented changes
- Support and drive change management activities, ensuring clear communication across all relevant stakeholders and providing regular reporting to management
- Lead and support end-user training activities for own and related initiatives
- Provide hypercare support after go-live, track incidents, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for Supply Chain-related topics, managing communication between business and IT stakeholders
Skills Required
- Proven experience in project management within Supply Chain or IT environments
- Solid SAP knowledge (minimum key user level)
- Experience in process design and improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus
