Job Description
Key requirements include:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Customer Experience, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement role
• Telecommunications industry background
• Strong experience driving Customer Experience and Process Improvement initiatives
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
• Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and operational readiness experience
• UAT and go-live support experience
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, and Customer Service teams to drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience.

• Initial Contract Duration: 9 Months
• Occupancy: 100%
• Workplace : 3 days on site 2 working from home
