Job Description

Cutover Manager

Start Date: Autumn 2026
Contract duration: 12 months+
Location: Zurich
 
Required Background
  • Proven Cutover Management experience within a banking environment is mandatory
  • Strong background in cutover management, release management or complex IT Transformation programmes
  • Demonstrated experience managing cutovers for banking systems, platforms, or large-scale technology change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, governance, risk, and change management processes
    Ability to manage complex dependencies under tight timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Structured, proactive, and confident in high-pressure delivery environments
