Required Background
- Proven Cutover Management experience within a banking environment is mandatory
- Strong background in cutover management, release management or complex IT Transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing cutovers for banking systems, platforms, or large-scale technology change initiatives
- Strong understanding of banking operations, governance, risk, and change management processes
Ability to manage complex dependencies under tight timelines - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Structured, proactive, and confident in high-pressure delivery environments
