For the Customer View in Order project, we are looking for a data analyst. The aim of this project is to put the customer and stakeholder administration in order and to register customers unambiguously. Improving data quality is essential to, among other things, better facilitate Flex processes and create an integrated customer view. In this way, we ensure that everyone within our organization has the correct, relevant information.
The project roughly consists of two parts:
- Process and system adjustments to prevent data pollution and secure data management.
- Data cleaning actions to solve existing data pollution.
For the second part, we are looking for extra capacity in the form of a data analyst. This person must be able to independently analyze large amounts of data and, in consultation with project colleagues and stakeholders, make proposals for data cleaning actions, including prioritization.
Required expertise:
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, MS Access and proficient in Excel.
- Affinity with data analysis.
- Able to interpret data and translate it into (cleaning) proposals, with an eye for the business value and priority.
- Being able to work with raw data, since not all relevant data is (yet) available in BI.
- Experience with SAP C/4 and SAP S/4 is an advantage.
Examples of concrete data analyses:
- Contact Analytics: What data has been captured and what is its quality?
- Analysis of Chamber of Commerce data in C/4 and, as soon as available, preparation for enrichment of data in C/4 and S/4.
- Assessing the data quality and consistency of customer data attributes.
- Customer vs. individual vs. contact analytics.
- Comparison of data (differences) between C/4 and S/4.
