The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant for a 6-month freelance engagement to support our client projects. This is an exclusive collaboration with our consultancy, giving you direct exposure to challenging implementations and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance & Operations modules).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide hands-on support during system implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Document solutions and provide training or guidance to client teams as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues within Dynamics 365 environments.
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP processes relevant to the client’s business.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is highly desirable.
- Freelance eligibility to work in Germany for the 6-month contract.
- Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension depending on project needs)
