Job Description
The role would focus on supporting a number of strategic IT initiatives, including Microsoft 365, digital workplace, collaboration, IT process improvement, AI-related initiatives, and broader technology transformation activities. The successful candidate will provide delivery leadership, project coordination, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams, ensuring initiatives are executed in a structured and effective manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who is comfortable leading projects while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, governance, and ways of working. Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex IT infrastructure, digital workplace, or technology transformation projects.
- Strong delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, collaboration, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, drive, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Excellent planning, organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities may evolve over time.
To provide project and delivery leadership across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered in a structured, transparent, and well-governed manner while helping improve processes, ways of working, and overall organisational effectiveness. The role will support key programmes across Microsoft 365, digital workplace, collaboration, AI, IT process improvement, and wider technology transformation initiatives.
