With over 3 years of experience in recruitment, I specialise in delivering end-to-end hiring solutions while supporting business development across client accounts. I focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities.
Having worked across both agency and in-house environments, I bring a well-rounded perspective to hiring strategies and workforce planning. I’ve also completed my MSc in Business Administration, specialising in People Management and Organisation, strengthening my ability to support business growth through effective talent solutions.
With experience working internationally, I thrive in multicultural environments. I’m fluent in Ukrainian, English, German, Polish, and Russian, allowing me to connect with a diverse talent pool and support global hiring needs.
