We’re looking for a Java Developer to join a growing engineering team focused on building high-performance, reliable applications used by thousands of users every day. This is a role where your work will go live quickly, be seen, and genuinely make an impact.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values clean code, pragmatic decision-making, and continuous improvement—working closely with product, design, and DevOps to ship meaningful features at pace.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and building scalable backend services using Java and modern frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features end-to-end
Improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability
Writing clean, testable code and contributing to best practices across the team
Supporting deployments and monitoring production systems
Taking ownership of features—from idea through to release

Tech you’ll work with

Java (core + modern versions)
Spring Boot / Spring ecosystem
RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Databases (SQL / NoSQL)

What we’re looking for

Experience building applications in Java in a commercial environment
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles
Experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
Familiarity with cloud environments and modern deployment practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
A mindset of ownership and continuous improvement
