SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect (Consultant) Duration: 4–6 months
Work mode: Fully remote
Location: Eastern Europe / Baltics only

Role Overview We are seeking a senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions. The consultant will own the IAM architecture, identity lifecycle processes, and integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
Lead identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
Define and implement RBAC, SoD, and governance models
Integrate enterprise systems (Active Directory, SAP, HR platforms, Microsoft Exchange, cloud applications)
Develop connectors and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
Optimize workflows, performance, and platform scalability
Support compliance activities, certification campaigns, and audits
Produce technical documentation (architecture diagrams, design documents, SOPs)
Provide production support and troubleshooting in complex environments
Work closely with stakeholders in a client-facing consulting setup

Required Skills & Experience

15 years of IT experience
Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and IAM solutions
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, Python, PowerShell
Experience with LDAP, JDBC, REST/SOAP APIs
Integration experience with Active Directory, SAP, HR systems, Microsoft Exchange, and cloud applications
Experience using Git and version control systems
Strong background in enterprise environments and consulting/client-facing roles

SailPoint IdentityIQ Architect certification
Security certifications (CISSP, CISA)
