Job Description
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with sales teams, customers, and technology partners to drive new business opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations, execute proof-of-concepts, and support customers throughout their solution journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales organization to identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution discussions to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Support customers in integrating and deploying solutions within their production environments.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate product capabilities and business value.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and other customer or partner technical inquiries.
- Develop and execute account-specific technical strategies for enterprise customers and partners.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams by sharing customer feedback and market requirements.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and support post-sales activities when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting role.
- Demonstrated success in presenting and positioning enterprise technology solutions to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience working with enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, data management, backup/recovery, storage, IaaS, PaaS, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and modern cloud platforms.
- Experience working with both customers and technology partners.
- Ability to engage multiple decision-makers and influence technical and business buying decisions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Enterprise Storage Solutions
- Data Protection & Backup Technologies
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
- Infrastructure and Data Management Solutions

- Driving customer adoption and technical validation of solutions.
- Building trusted relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
- Successfully executing Proof of Concepts and technical evaluations.
- Supporting revenue growth through strong technical consulting and solution selling.
- Acting as the key technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Travel: Required based on customer and business needs
